I don’t want people to see the names of other appointments I have. Does the app keep everyone’s name hidden? I would like it simply to show the available slots without names of others.

If you send a user a link to one of your events, they’ll only be able to book through that event. Calendly won’t show the names of the other events on that page.
However, if you send a link to your Landing Page, Calendly will show all of the events under your account unless they are made secret. You can do this through the settings of each of the events here:
- Go to the Scheduling page and locate your event type.
- Open the
three dots menu.
- Choose Make secret.
- A
secret icon will appear next to the event name.
Once its secret, Calendly will no longer show events on your landing page, so only people with the direct link can book it!
