Blocking Specific People From Booking

Question

Based on the search history on this platform, this issue has been brought up by others, but it doesn’t look like Calendly as implemented anything to help as of yet.  It would be extremely helpful to be able to block someone (via email / phone number) from booking an appointment.  I have had instances where people are abusing the booking link / booking process, and I don’t want them to be able to book again in the future.  I’m sure I speak for the majority of your customers in asking if this be something you all could kindly look into implementing.  Thank you.

Hi ​@CCookson- Thanks for reaching out.Yes, we’ve received lots of feedback for this feature and its something our team is looking into implementing soon. (However I don’t have a specific timeframe) :)In the meantime, for users who are running into a lot of spam bookings, we’ve released an email verification feature that you can enable for your events. This will prevent any booking from going through until the email is verified.
