Book Now and SMS Re-confirmations/Reminders

Hi,

 

Everytime I think we are at the stage of fully utilising Calendly as our sole meeting booking process there is another road block. It’s very frustrating.

 

We are at the stage of testing all meetings booked through calendly, either by clients booking themselves or us booking for them using the ‘book now’ feature.

In our testing we are also reviewing our CRM led re-confirmations and reminder SMS we send clients and attempting to use Calendly for the simpler integration and automation.

However, we’ve discovered, and I’ve read further here, that if the meeting is booked by us using the ‘book now’ function there is no way the system will send SMS to clients, defeating the whole point.

Can you please confirm if a resolution to this is:

  1. on the development roadmap
  2. if so, the likely timeframe
