I have an online gaming site that has a maximum of 100 concurrent users. I want a customer to be able to purchase for a half day and specify how many users they want (up to 100). If it is less than 100 users, I want a different customer to be able to book that same time slot for up to the remaining number of users (100 users minus how many the first user purchased). Ideally, the second person could enter how many users they needed and Calendly would only show time slots that have that number of users available. Is this possible in Calendly and how would set it up?
Hi
Unfortunately, Calendly does not include this capability that allows you to Book & Pay for bulk events like this. Right now, Group Events require a booking to be made each time to take up a slot - So this would require multiple bookings to track how many slots are taken up for a given event.
If you or someone on your team is more handy with configuring API, we do have some calls you could make that could allow you to track this information more efficiently, but the specifics of setting this up is a bit over my head.
If using the API to do this is a possibility for you, I’ve linked some relevant information below:

I’ll leave this thread open to see if anyone else has any ideas!
