Clients are able to book on my calendar for times that are already blocked.  All calendars appear to by synced.

It’s possible your calendars need to be reconnected, but before you do that I’d start off with the Troubleshooting Availability Tool. This helps you figure out why times that should be blocked are available and vice versa.
