Hi @Mirel12243  — so sorry you’re running into this!

To help narrow this down, can you share a bit more about how this is set up today? For example, are you using a Round Robin event, a team page, or Routing? And when you say it’s not working, are invitees seeing the wrong location, no availability, or not getting routed correctly? Do you see an error in the logic?

If this is a Round Robin setup with multiple hosts, location behavior can depend on how the event is configured. If you can share a screenshot of the event settings or a bit more detail on the current flow, that would help.

If it looks like an account-specific issue, you can reach out to our Support team through the Help section in Calendly or by emailing support@calendly.com so they can take a closer look at the setup. They can take a look at your account and see if there are any issues in how the logic is set up.

Best,
Allie

what's your setup right now, round robin across everyone or one link per person? the multi location bit is usually where it breaks.

calendly doesn't route by where the customer actually is out of the box. location and availability are two separate rule sets that don't talk to each other, so someone grabs a downtown slot when the only person free is on the north side. that's the mismatch you're running into.

cleanest workaround i've found is a separate event type per location, then a routing question up front that sends people to the right one. keeps each location's calendars from stepping on each other instead of everyone fighting one shared page. really depends how many users and how many locations you're juggling.
