Question

Bookings not showing on my calendar

For some reason my previous bookings and future ones are not showing on my calendar/availability page. I still have my bookings, but my calendar is showing availability when people already have booked me. How do I fix this?

Hi @Awaken24 - Thanks for reaching out.

A lot of the time when we see this issue - a quick disconnect/reconnect of your calendar should fix this!

You can head over to your Calendar Settings page, then select the ‘X’ to remove it, then follow the steps to add it back in! You can do this from this page here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

If you’re still running into the same problem, I would then check to make sure the events in your calendar are marked as Busy instead of Free. Calendly ignores any events marked as Free and allows other events to be booked over those.

Let me know if this works, or if you’re running into any other issues!

Thank you for your insight. Though I attempted the advice, I still have the same issue.

I assume to just wait it out 😁

hi @Awaken24

This usually happens because Calendly can "see" your appointments, but it isn't set to "check them for conflicts."

To fix it, go to your Calendar Connection settings and make sure the correct calendar is selected under "Check for conflicts." If that's already toggled on, double-check your actual Google or Outlook calendar to ensure those bookings are marked as "Busy"—if they're accidentally set to "Free," Calendly will ignore them and keep that time slot open for others!
