Bring back the total results count on the Meetings page!

Hi, I see you’ve released lots of changes to Calendly recently and I’m sure they will be great when I have time to explore them, but you have removed a very tiny but essential bit of data!

I am talking about displaying the total number of results returned on the Meetings page.

It used to show at the top how many results were being displayed here, whatever you’ve filtered for. So I regularly used this to see how many meetings a client has taken so far - this is important as I sell in packages of a fixed number*. I even had a quick link from my spreadsheet of clients to this page for each one of them, just to get this number*. I also used it to see how many meetings of a certain type I’ve had over a certain time period ***.

I know I can count them up but - PLEASE - this is a computer! I shouldn’t have to spend precious time manually go down the list and counting the entries - but importantly, there is high risk of miscounting - which is why I need the computer to do it.

*I know you’ve introduced packages and perhaps these help you keep count, but these don’t work for me as my clients pay in instalments.

**I know I can get the total numbers when I export the data, but that is a very long way round to get a simple piece of computation (Count total number of rows).

***I see you’ve introduced more filters for things like scheduled/canceled - this is great, but again, if I’m filtering for this I MOST LIKELY want to know the TOTAL number (over any other detail).

Why oh why oh why would you remove this tiny, innocuous bit of data? It’s standard data to show on any list of results on any application, on any web service, on any computer. My mind boggles!

In case from my tone it isn’t clear: I appreciate you guys, I am a mostly satisfied user of this product, but you do make some c-RAZY decisions sometimes. I really hope you can fix this one ASAP!

Hi @EmilyH - Really appreciate you reaching out!

Totally understand where you’re coming from - As a workaround for now, the Filter page should give you a # result posted here:

I worked with the product team who mentioned that this is being addressed in some coming updates, really appreciate you leaving this feedback!

If you have any questions or any other points of feedback, let us know! I’d be happy to take it to the product team. :)
