Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with buffer times not being applied correctly between my 30-minute 1:1 sessions.

Here’s what I did:

  • I set up a 30-minute event type.

  • I added a 10-minute buffer time after each session in the "Limits and buffers" section.

  • However, Calendly still allows invitees to book sessions back-to-back with no break in between.

I’ve double-checked the settings, saved everything, and even tested the booking page — but the buffer time is still being ignored. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Can you send me a screenshot of your Scheduled Events page here: https://calendly.com/app/scheduled_events/user/me

You should be able to see the buffers applied to the events for those scheduled events there - If not, can you double check the event you’ve configured and let me know if those buffers are still enabled? A Screenshot of the editor would help here as well.
