Question

Buffers on Google

I noticed that calendly was not applying my buffers to appointments when it came to other things scheduled outside of Calendly. I looked it up and it was suggested that I click the “Include buffers on this calendar” in the calendar settings. I did that and all the buffers are now showing on my Google Calendar. Its a huge overwhelming mess now. I went to uncheck that box because I obviously don't want that. Now its not going back. Please can anyone help before I lose all my hair.

Hi @Nerds51323 - Sorry to hear this is going on.

Is this still happening after you refresh your browser? One thing you can try is disconnecting and reconnecting your calendar by clicking the ‘X’ icon on your calendar here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

This has resolved the issue for some users, but let me know if it persists after that.

I tried refreshing my browser and my computer went through an update. I disconnected the calendars and reconnected. The box to include buffers has been unchecked the whole time and its still showing the buffers.

Hmm okay - This might be better if someone on our support team takes a look - They’ll be able to start a zoom session with you so they can take a closer look!

If you’re a paid user, you can use our chatbot and contact them directly - Otherwise, you can email support@calendly.com!

Let me know if you have any trouble getting in touch.
