To confirm, are these buffers being populated from Outlook directly? Would you be able to share a screenshot of what the buffers look like? Otherwise, if these are being created by Calendly. You can remove them from the event settings:

You can locate the buffer settings by Selecting the event > Select More Options at the bottom of the page > then select Limits and Buffers:
 

If we have buffers set, this is where we would want to remove them.

Great idea, a screenshot would probably help! These buffers are being populated BY Calendly because of the event settings. We want to keep these buffers internally in the system, but we don’t need the t15-minute buffer] added to our Outlook calendars.

I have 2 events going, one that was created a year ago and one that was created recently. They are both set up the exact same way (the most recent one is a clone), but the most recent one is only doing this whereas the older one is not.

I dug around in the community center here and it looks like this was a problem about 8 months ago that Calendly fixed but has since re-appeared for me (and maybe others).

In this case, I would have you, and any other team members in your account double check the settings on the Calendar Settings page and ensure the buffer option is turned off: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings
 

If they still appear on your calendar, I’d also try disconnecting and reconnecting the calendar, then ensuring that option is disabled.
