I have connected Calendly to my Google account and when people book time it shows up in Google. But it doesn’t block out my availability in Calendly, so I can’t use the link without getting over booked. I also have other types of appointments I put into my Google cal, but they don’t update Calendly. So it seems like the updates are only going one way (from Calendly to Google).

I only use Calendly for 1:1 meetings but want it to reflect my actual avability.

Hi @Maryann83144 - Thanks for reaching out!

Right now, events from your Google calendar will not appear in Calendly, however, its something our team is looking at adding soon.

In the meantime, any events marked as Busy will block off time in your booking pages, to prevent overlapping events. If you go to your booking page and select Troubleshoot, you should see some blocks like so:

Let me know if you have any questions on this!

Wait what? So I connected my gmail calendar and at no point did Calendly mention that it’s not actually able to connect to my gmail calendar?

This is bonkers. What is the point of offering connection to a calendar that doesn’t connect?
