I’m running into an issue where the availability setup on my Calendly booking link doesn’t seem to sync properly with the availability I show on my website. My site displays open booking slots for my restaurant-related content (basically letting visitors choose times for reservations, menu consultations, or blog interviews), but some slots appear available on my website even though Calendly is showing them as already booked.
I’ve double-checked the integration steps my site is pulling the embed code directly from Calendly, and I’ve also tried clearing caches and testing across different browsers. The strange part is that the issue seems intermittent: sometimes the slot availability updates instantly, and other times it lags by several hours, which is creating confusion for users who try to reserve a time that isn’t actually open.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of sync or refresh issue with availability between Calendly and a website embed? I’m wondering if I need to adjust settings in Calendly (like time zone sync or buffer times) or if it’s more of a website-side caching/CDN problem.
