Calendly Booking Issue – Missing 10:00 AM Slot instead of 9:00am

I am using Calendly, and the booking shows a scheduled time from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. However, the issue is that the 10:00 AM time slot is missing from the booking, not the 9:00 AM slot.

We have already troubleshooted the time settings and buffer rules, but the issue is still occurring. Could you please advise on how we should proceed and fix this as soon as possible? We are concerned that this may cause double bookings in the future if not resolved promptly.

Would you be able to send a screenshot of the meeting in Calendly as well as what the booking page is showing? You can also use the troubleshooting tool to see why those specific times are not appearing. You can read more on this here: How to troubleshoot unavailable times that should be available
