Calendly Bookings have "too many requests" and I cannot book anymore

When I try to book more than two meetings, Calendly no longer allows me to book and gives the error “too many requests.” It’s done this to me pretty much every day. I paid for this service to book clients, since I can’t book more than two clients, can I have a refund?

This is a recent issue, as I use the app to schedule client meetings once per quarter. One day every few months I’m creating 20-30 items at a time, and this was a hurdle trying to do that. Usually waiting a few minutes works, but not convenient at all.
