Calendly cancellations are not synching to Outlook 365 or to Zoom

Question

Calendly appointments are correctly creating an Outlook 365 meeting and a Zoom session, however when a client cancels in Calendly, the cancellation is not showing up on Outlook or Zoom.

Hi ​@Kelly82582- Thanks for reaching out.The first thing I would try is disconnecting and reconnecting your Outlook calendar to see if the cancellations start appearing after.If not, I would work with our support team by emailing support@calendly.comor by chatting in for quicker assistance. They’ll be able to dig into this from here!
