Calendly cancellations are not synching to Outlook 365 or to Zoom

Calendly appointments are correctly creating an Outlook 365 meeting and a Zoom session, however when a client cancels in Calendly, the cancellation is not showing up on Outlook or Zoom.

The first thing I would try is disconnecting and reconnecting your Outlook calendar to see if the cancellations start appearing after.
