Calendly does not synch with my calendar

My calendly shows meeting timeslot even if I am actually booked for othermeetings or I am busy. I tried to update the Busy field on the Calendar synch field but the box is blurred. How to fix this?

    Hi ​@Anna13700 - Thanks for reaching out.

    This box is blurred out to prevent users from editing it - As any event marked as ‘Busy’ should be blocked off by default. Are you getting booked for events when you have a busy time on your calendar? If you have any examples on this I’d be happy to take a closer look with you!
