Hi @DavidRubio!
The absolute best thing to do when situations like this occur is to leverage the Troubleshooting Availability Tool. It’ll help you figure out exactly why time is or isn’t showing up as expected. You can learn more about it here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/223145627-Using-Calendly-s-Troubleshoot-Tool

Hi @jillian ,
I just followed all the steps with no luck.
Let me add a specific 3 cases we can’t understand:
We don’t have any entry in the Google Calendar for October 9th. However, using the same daily events configuration, we can see all the events for all days except on Wednesdays, where the event at 15:30 is not appearing.
Another case is where we added an event for the whole day in Google Calendar, but all the events are appearing for that day in Calendly. In the same way if we add manually the hours (from 08:00 am to 18:30 pm). The day should be busy but all the events are appearing.
I attached 3 configurations screenshots that are relevant for this.
Appreciate any help from your side.
Hi @DavidRubio,
I hate to pass people along elsewhere, but this is definitely one where I’d like my peers over in Support to head into your account and see what’s going on. That’s just not something we can do over here on community for privacy reasons.
Mind heading over here and kicking off that process? They’re a great crew and will definitely figure out what’s up.
