Calendly for Mac OS (menu bar)

There used to be an app for Mac OS that placed easy access to my Calendly links in the menu bar. I had it installed on my old Intel laptop and M1 Mac mini. I recently got a new MacBook Pro and was wanting to install this app but it seems all mention of it has disappeared. Am I missing something?

Hi Marcel Brown,

At this time Calendly can only be accessed via browser or by using extension in other applications (For example the Outlook add in). We did have a very old desktop version which we phased out very early on but Calendly is and will be web based for the foreseeable future.

The app was extremely convenient since it was always accessible with a single click from the menu bar. Are there any plans to bring this type of app back, or at the very least may we download the old version? It was working perfectly fine on the latest operating system prior to me getting a new computer.

Alternately, any chance of a Safari extension?

We don’t have an extension for Safari unfortunately. I will mark this as a feature request and make sure our product team reviews this post. At the moment our extension is supported in:

  • Chromium Browsers
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Firefox
