Calendly Integration Blocked

I have been using Calendly to schedule deliveries and it is integrated inbetween online cart checkout process.  Recently the calendly app has been blocked from popping up for several customers and transaction completes without calendly popping up.  How do I addres this?

HI ​@BelPreFineWine - Do you have a screenshot of the error they’re saying by chance? Is this with the pop-up on your website? Anymore information you can share would be great!

Hi David, that is the strange part.  There is not an error message. It just skips over the calendly pop up, completes the order process (credit card processing).  Then the customer is left wondering what the schedule is, and my team isn’t sent the normal notifications with the workflow.

Hm okay - Now is this Calendly app embedded on your website? Or are customers sent to a separate page with the booking page displayed?

If its embedded, its possible that the widget is being blocked due to an ad blocker, or the browser type they’re using (Like Brave). Depending on your website builder, they may have tools to help with the embed. But our support team can also assist in looking into what might be going on in the background.
