Question

Calendly invites missing key information, like meeting title, meeting participants, zoom links, etc.

Whenever someone books a meeting on my Calendly, the title in my Google Calendar is simply “30 minute meeting.” No other information. I have to dig through emails or open the Calendly portal to figure out whom I’m supposed to talk to and how I’m supposed to do it.

Hi @drforbin - Thanks for reaching out!

Could you double check and see which calendar is set as your Add to calendar on your connections page here? https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

It sounds like the event Calendly is creating isn’t making it to the right calendar, or something is happening when its trying to add it. So if it looks like the right calendar is set, I’d also try disconnecting it, then connecting it again to see if it works.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Ah! Dammit, I think that was it. I’ll give it a couple of days and then check back. Thanks!
