My Outlook no longer syncs with Calendly.  I have read the help areas and the previous suggestions.  I only have Calendly syncing with one calendar so it’s not a sub-calendar issue; I uninstalled and re-installed the Outlook app on Calendly and received the green notice that the calendars are connected.  In Outlook, I checked all of my scheduled meetings to make sure they are marked as busy.  Calendly isn’t showing my historical nor upcoming meetings as blocked.  What else can I do?

Just to confirm, have you already disconnected and reconnected the calendar from your connections page here? https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

Afterwards, can you check to see if your booking page shows any CALENDAR errors when using the Troubleshooting tool? It will look something like this:
 

 

You can find this by going to your booking page and selecting Troubleshoot:
