A team shares an Exchange calendar. 2 of the team members do not want their appointments to be viewed in the Exchange calendar. With Calendly connected to the team calendar can it be configured to provide notifications of the 2 users availability throuigh Calendly?

Hi @Allan15347,

Calendly doesn’t affect the visibility of the calendars it connects with. Those settings would be controlled in your Exchange calendar. On the Calendly booking page, your teammates availability won’t show details of their booked events, it will only show available times. Notifications will go to whoever is hosting and/or attending the event. You have a lot of control over those notifications though. If you want multiple people to have the ability to host meetings you should connect each of their calendars individually rather than just a single team calendar. I’m leaving some resources below that give more details about working with Teams, notifications, and privacy.
