I’m new to Calendly and am using the off-the-shelf 30-minute booking link. I checked the various settings and everything seems fine, but it’s setting up hour-long meetings for a 30-minute meeting duration. How do I troubleshoot this? I’ve tried everything. Thank you.

Would you be able to send over a couple of screenshots of the event setup as well as the event in your meeting page? As long as the duration is set to 30 Minutes, that should be the only place it can be adjusted.

I actually think I figured it out. The meetings were scheduled accurately for 30 min, but then it was also scheduling a second meeting on my calendar for just me for an hour probably to reserve extra time. I just deleted those and I’ve stopped accepting them. All set.
