Calendly doesn’t see when I’m busy or doesn’t recognize the already existing events on my Outlook calendar?

Synchronisation the other way around is okay however, and I can get new appointments from Calendly that go straight into my outlook calendar.  Yes, I already updated my schedule conflict options.

In this case, the first thing I recommend is disconnecting and reconnecting your calendar from Calendly: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

This will allow the connection to refresh and hopefully be able to pick up those events as conflicts.

Lastly I’d also double check that the correct sub-calendars are selected, as well as your events are marked as Busy in outlook.
