Calendly Workflow Variables Not Populating in Reminders – Ongoing Issue

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with Calendly Workflows where custom email and SMS reminders are not properly populating variables. For example, instead of inserting the actual data, the reminder shows this to the invitee:Hi, Invitee Name. This is a friendly reminder about your upcoming meeting with Event Organizer at Event Time today. Talk to you soon!The placeholders (Invitee Name, Event Organizer, Event Time) are not being replaced with actual values.I submitted a support ticket almost a month ago, but I haven’t received a working solution yet.Has anyone else experienced this issue, and were you able to resolve it?Any insight or workaround would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Hi ​@James05062- Thanks for reaching out!I did take a look and looks like you got your issue resolved later on Friday - Just wanted to make sure you’re good to go!For other users coming across this, we recommend copying/pasting the variable to the desired location within your Workflow. From there you can test it by scheduling a test event with yourself.Let me know if you need anything else!
