i just noticed this today - Calendly email is including a summary of the meeting at the top of the email, but it’s always wrong. It’s wrong with 2 clients, and I tested it with myself and it’s also wrong. The subject shows the correct time of 2:00 pm, the body shows the correct time, but there’s this little box at the top of the email that shows the wrong time of 3:00 and asks if this is correct. I click thumbs down and nothing changes.

Hi @Renee25255 - Thank you for reaching out.

The incorrect time you’re seeing in your (or invitees) email confirmation are generated by Gmail’s Smart Features. This is an AI-driven UI element added by Google, and unfortunately, it is outside of Calendly’s control. You can learn more here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/15195630?hl=en

If you would like to disable this feature, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Open Gmail and click on Settings > See all settings

2. In the General tab, scroll down to Smart Features

3. Toggle the setting to turn off Smart Features

If your invitees are also experiencing this issue, they may need to disable the feature in their Gmail settings as well. Additionally, they can provide feedback to Google’s AI by selecting thumbs up or thumbs down on the UI element to improve accuracy over time.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thank you - this is very helpful to know.
