Under Calendar Sync options, it does not allow you to add events to more than one calendar. When a new event is booked, is there a ways to forward that invitation to custom emails?

HI @SheldonCFB - Thanks for reaching out!

Yes thats correct, at this time you’re only able to add events to one Calendar at a time - However, there are a couple ways to forward the invitation to another email. I’ve added the information below!

By default, Calendly sends host notifications to your account's login email address. To send notifications to additional addresses or team members, users on the Standard plan and higher can use the Email someone else Workflow

For those without access to Workflows, notifications can be sent to additional email addresses by setting up forwarding with your email provider.

  • For Google usersAdd a forwarding address in Gmail settings, then create a filter. To forward all Calendly notifications, filter by sender addresses notifications@calendly.com and
no-reply@calendly.com. You can also filter by event titles in the subject line for specific events.
  • For Office 365 or Outlook.com usersSet up a forwarding rule in the Outlook Web App. The steps for Outlook desktop users may vary depending on the version.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks. I noticed the “email someone else” workflow and did that, but it doesn’t show up as a calendar invite for that other person, just an email.

The email forwarding via Gmail worked for now, thanks.

Correction. the email forwarding via Gmail doesn’t really work as the forwarded email doesn’t constitute into an actual calendar invite, just a plain email.  Seems like I still need to manually add :(
