Hi everyone,

I have a question about Calendly. I would like to set up two different event types in Calendly—one with Host A and another with Host B—as we have two salespeople who will be meeting with clients separately.

With the standard package, would this setup be possible? If so, could you provide guidance on how to configure it?

Thank you in advance,

Hi @Pim - Thanks for reaching out!

In order to setup events for different hosts/users, after you upgrade, you can invite those users to your organization. You can read more about this here: How to add or remove users and seats

Once they’re added, you’ll be setup events for them on their behalf so they can meet with their clients.

The issue with doing this through a single account is that there can be some unwanted overlap between the events, and when these events are added to the calendar. Using a separate account for each user would help prevent that.

Hi David,

Thank you so much for your answers. I really appreciate it!
