We have a few different event types and each event type has a group of users that get assigned via round robin. We want our AE’s to be able to click a button in Salesforce (one button per event type) and generate a single-use link for an event type. My understanding though is that the Salesforce integration does not support/come with single-use links. Is this true? If so, are there any workarounds/alternatives?

Hi
Yes thats correct, at this time the Salesforce integration does not support creating Single-Use Links, these need to be created through Calendly at this time.
However, if you can utilize our API to do something similar. This is a bit beyond my knowledge, but I’ve attached some articles below that can help you get started on this to create Single-Use Links:
- Calendly Webhooks Overview
- Developer Reference - Create Single Use Link
- Getting Started with the Calendly API
