Problem: I created a Calendly account using my work email. It processed a charge a few weeks ago even though I left that employer in July.

It billed my personal card making me doubly frustrated. I tried messaging/emailing support several times with zero response.

I want to 1.) cancel the account and 2.) request a refund as it was within the window for a refund (at the time I reached out, at least).

 

Any suggestions? I’m at my wits end. I cannot log into that email anymore and have no way to access it.

Hi ​@NicMyers, so sorry you are having issues with billing. That would be a very frustrating catch-22 of getting auto-billed and can’t cancel because you can’t confirm with a previous email.

In this scenario, please reach out to billing@calendly.com rather than general support who will be trying to contact you via your work email. Again, very sorry for the confusion and I hope this get resolved quickly for you.
