Can't See Calendly Appointments in O365 web calendar

Hi

 

I have created an account, I have connected outlook successfully, but my test appalment wont synchronize. How do I resolve?

If Outlook is connected but your test appointment isn’t syncing to your calendar, here are the key things to check:

  1. Confirm which Outlook connection you’re using
    • In Calendly, go to Account > Calendar Connections (or Calendar settings).
    • Make sure you’re connected to the correct calendar type: Office 365 / Outlook.com or the Outlook desktop plug‑in, depending on what you use.
  2. Choose where Calendly should add new events
    • On the same page, under Add new events to, select the specific Outlook calendar where you want bookings to appear.
    • Calendly can only add new events to one calendar at a time, so this needs to be set correctly.
  3. Check that the test booking was fully completed
    • Use your scheduling link, go through the flow, and make sure you see a “You’re scheduled” confirmation page.
    • Then, in Calendly, check Scheduled Events / Meetings to confirm the test appears there. If it’s not on this page, it won’t sync to Outlook.
  4. If you’re using the Outlook desktop plug‑in (Windows only)
    • Make sure the plug‑in app is running in your system tray and that Outlook is open and online; the plug‑in must be active to sync.
    • If syncing seems stuck, disconnect the Outlook plug‑in connection in Calendly, then reconnect and generate a new plug‑in key, and test again.
  5. Re-test after reconnecting
    • Disconnect your Outlook/Office 365 calendar from Calendly.
    • Reconnect it and re‑select:
      • Which calendars to check for conflicts, and
      • Which calendar to add new events to.
    • Book another quick test to confirm it now appears on your Outlook calendar and in Calendly’s Scheduled Events.

If it’s still not syncing after these steps, the fastest next step is to reach out to Support and share:

  • Your Calendly login email
  • The event type link you used
  • The date/time of your test appointment

With that, Support can look directly at the connection and error logs to see what’s going on.
