There used to be a way to cancel a workflow-scheduled follow-up email, and it seems like now the only way to do that is to mark the appointment as a no show, which isn’t what I want to do. Sometimes when meeting with a student, I send a personalized follow-up email based on our conversation and, in those situations, I don’t want Calendly to also send the generic follow-up that’s scheduled through my workflows. Can I no longer just cancel the email?
