I have Calendly setup to automatically create & attach Zoom calls to my meetings.

But I noticed yesterday that if a Calendly meeting gets canceled through Calendly, Calendly doesn’t automatically delete the Zoom call that was attached to that meeting.

Yesterday, one of my customers canceled their Calendly meeting by using Calendly’s cancel link, but their Zoom call was still left behind in my Zoom account. So when I log into Zoom, the Zoom calendar lists an upcoming Zoom call that is no longer happening.

This was confusing for me, because I had thought that the event was canceled — which it was.

It would be great if Calendly would also cancel the associated Zoom calls if a Calendly event is canceled.

Thank you!
Scott

Hey @ScottWorld - Thanks for reaching out and reporting this!

Our team has actually identified this as some unexpected behavior, we’re working on a fix to resolve this! By default Zoom meetings should be cancelled when the Calendly event is cancelled, but this is having issues at the mooment.

I don’t have a timeframe on when this will be fixed just yet, but it should be soon.

Let me know if you have any questions. 😁

Thanks so much, @David !

Hey @ScottWorld - Just wanted to update and say they pushed a fix over the weekend - so this should be working now!

If you notice anything else, let us know.

@David
