Canceling and Rescheduling Bug

Question

I am unable to reschedule existing appointments. The screen freezes so this forces me to cancel the appointment, and then set it up from scratch. When I do this, the appointment does not delete from my Google calendar. It used to. So not I have to also delete it from my calendar. I have asked for a live person to help, as the AI is not helping.
