Feature request to be able to prevent rescheduling/cancellation within 24 hours (or custom time) of an event. I see that others are requesting this feature as well. That the links to do so would deactivate or something. Or are there currently any workarounds to prevent this? I see that we can prevent the links from being sent with reminders and signups, but then this makes reschedules that are reasonably timed manual work as well.
For now, our workaround is that we’ll make our cancellation policy crystal clear, and it will be up to our particular tutors to catch when a cancellation comes in the window and manually submit it into our payroll system as a session that we can charge for, and send an email reminding them it’s still there time if they can make it/they will still be charged in full. That’s a lot of extra work that could be prevented by having a feature that deactivates the reschedule links within the cancellation period or something. We work with long-term clients, so we cannot have people pay for each session every single time. Physically preventing late cancellations is quite fundamental to our business!
