Whenever someone use the Book An Appointment button on my LinkedIn profile I see the meeting on my calendar but I cannot open the meeting as the host. Even though the system is using my calendar, my email account, etc. I sit in the “waiting for host” waiting room like everyone else. There is no host. No one can open the Zoom session.

I’ve seen it happen a few times where there is a conflict between the account thats connected to Calendly and the account you’re signed into on Zoom. The first place I would check is your integrations page to ensure the correct account is connected here: https://calendly.com/integrations/zoom/edit

From there, I would also check your Zoom app to ensure you’re signed into the correct account. If there is different accounts connected, Zoom won’t recognize you as the host, causing that error.
