Cannot purchase seat

When I try to purchase a seat the site fail with

“A problem happened during the upgrade.

There was an error while calculating your payment.

Please make sure that your Billing address is up to date in the "Billing information" section on the billing page.

 

When I try to update billing info (It all looks right) I get an invalid request error “Invalid request. Please check your input.”

Two things we can try here:

  1. You can log in through a different browser and try again (Chrome, Edge, Safar)
  2. If this doesn’t work, you can email our billing team directly and they’ll be able to assist you from there! You can email billing@calendly.com to get in touch!
