Hi there Community,

I am trying to schedule a one off event at a specific time and no matter what I try it just isn’t happening. I’ve customised the date and time in the creation of the event (July 1) and look fine there but when I tested the link no availability is showing up! Also, I need the time to be a set time of 7pm but Calendly isn’t allowing that which could be very confusing for clients. But then, if they can’t see the date the book who would they choose a time!

Going out of my mind. Wasted almost 2 hours on this. Can anyone help?

Are you getting any specific errors when attempting to make the one-off event? Any screenshots you can send my way?

In a pinch, there should be a Troubleshoot button you can select on your booking page to see why specific dates aren’t appearing. That can give you more insight into what might be going on.
