also if i am not available certain hours such as a doctors appointment how do i block those times

To change your availability, you can make adjustments here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/schedules
You’ll be able to set your working hours, and change date-specific hours as well!
If you have something like a doctors appointment, you can block off that time in your connected calendar and mark the event as busy. Calendly will block off the time for you, automatically!
