Is there a way to change the color of the cookie banner? We must show it due to GDPR compliance but we would like it to match the brand design.
Calendly’s built-in cookie banner can’t be restyled from the dashboard — its colors, font, and size are fixed.
If you need it to match your brand:
-
Embed Calendly in your own website and use your site’s cookie-consent tool (Cookiebot, OneTrust, etc.) instead of Calendly’s default banner.
-
Or, if you’re on a paid Calendly plan that supports custom branding via the embed widget, you can hide Calendly’s banner with their embed parameter
data-cookie-banner="false"
and show your own styled banner.
Calendly doesn’t currently offer direct color/size customization of the native banner.
-
Embed Calendly in your own website and use your site’s cookie-consent tool (Cookiebot, OneTrust, etc.) instead of Calendly’s default banner.
We are embedding in our website, but we don’t have the resources to maintain Calendly cookies in our OneTrust consent center. More specifically, we can’t develop a mechanism that prevents users from interacting with the Calendly widget when they don’t consent to cookies.

Or, if you’re on a paid Calendly plan that supports custom branding via the embed widget, you can hide Calendly’s banner with their embed parameter
data-cookie-banner="false"
and show your own styled banner.
We could, but that would require us to constantly update our consent center every time Calendly adds or drops a cookie. Or is there a method to link Calendly’s cookies to our OneTrust consent center?
