changing my link when the old name keep being in there

Just confirming, are you pressing Save Changes after adjusting the link? You’re definitely in the right area to make that change.

If you are and its still not updating, I’d also try through a different web browser to see if its something outside of Calendly.

Yes, I press “save changes” after adjusting the link but it remains the same link. 

I tried through a different web browser as you mentioned but it also remain the same. 

Any other idea of what is going on?

I took a look at your account and it appears its already setup as “/schneidertherapievibratoire” - Would you be able to check again and let me know if its updated now?

Your link is no longer “https://calendly.com/schneidersophietherapievibratoire” and its now only working with “https://calendly.com/schneidertherapievibratoire”

If you wanted to adjust the link into something different, let me know.
 

On my browsers, it appears as https://calendly.com/schneidertherapievibratoire/soin-energetique-access-bars with the “soin-eneregetique-access-bars” part which is what I don’t want anymore. 

What I want is: https://calendly.com/schneidersophietherapievibratoire.

Do you see what I mean?

In this case, this is not possible. Calendly’s links operate in a specific way, in this case its: calendly.com/(YOUR-LINK)/(EVENT-LINK)

Your link goes to your events page, where all the events you’ve created appear under. This serves as a landing page for all of your customers

The Event link is what differentiates it from other events in your account, so there is not a way to make it appear any other way.

Even though you may have only one event created, there is not a way to force it to take the place as your landing page. It will only appear under ‘https://calendly.com/schneidertherapievibratoire/soin-energetique-access-bars’

So I might create another event with the  name schneidersophietherapievibratoire and cancel the one named “….soinenergetique.accessbars”

Then I ll change the link everywhere I shared it (Facebook, etc...).
