I was charged by Calendly through an inactive email and received no notification. I saw the bill on my credit card statement. I have emailed calendly multiple times without any response. It is very frustrating when I had no idea I was being charged. What can I do? I no longer use calendly.

Hi ​@Janna73444 - I checked with support to see where this was at - It looks like there is some trouble sending an email to the business address.

In this case, can you go ahead and send a new email to billing@calendly.com from your Gmail address? (I’d also include to make sure they are responding to your gmail as well) In order to confirm the account, I’d also include the email on file for this account, along with the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, so they can review further.

I won’t be able to action this from my end, but if you send all of this over, they can assist further from there.

Thanks for reaching out David! I did provide billing@calendly.com the linked email address. Unfortunately I am able to log in since it has been inactivated. I haven't heard anything for a few days. Is there anything else I can do?
