Charged after downgrade to free plan how to get a refund?

Hi everyone,

we downgraded our Calendly account to the free plan before the next billing date, so the paid subscription should have been canceled.

Despite this, we were still charged.

This is obviously not correct, and we’re now trying to figure out how to resolve this and get our money back.

Has anyone experienced this before?
What exactly did you do to successfully get a refund?
Is there a specific way to contact support or escalate this issue?

Any advice or experience would be really appreciated.

We actually already contacted the billing team about two weeks ago via email, but unfortunately haven’t received any response so far.

 

Do you happen to know if there’s another way to reach them or speed up the process?
