Chatbox not working, neither is the cookie tab

I have a paid account on Calendly and want to cancel my account before it renews. I pushed cancel, but it still wants to renew until next year. I do not want to continue on for the next year. I was informed I needed to click the textbox when trying to chat with someone, but it will not show up. When I clicked the troubleshoot tab, it said to make sure functional cookies were on. The cookie tab doesn’t allow me to actually click it. I need this cancelled today, please, without renewing this year.

Hi ​@Jamie04086 - Sorry to hear this is going on!

In this case, I would recommend using an Incognito/In-private window and test to see if it will let you access it from there. Alternatively, you can clear your browsers cache and cookies as well.
