Chrome Extension

Hello,

I have the Calendly Chrome extension set up to appear in my Gmail for quick access. Unfortunately, it’s not working correctly. When I attempt to insert a link, it only gives me one option, which is an old outdated option (15 min. meeting).

If I click on the “Edit” link, it takes me to my event types page, where I can copy the link, but I feel like that’s an few steps that I shouldn’t have to take if the extension was working properly. Is there a way to update this extension so it only shows my current event types and not an outdated one? See below - these are my updated event types.

If I insert the old 15-min. link and click on it, it gives an error:

I appreciate your help!

Hi @rmed2012 - Thanks for reaching out!

This is certainly interesting behavior, but something I’ve seen a few times before. In this case, the first thing we’ll want to try is:

Once reinstalled and logged in, go ahead and try copying the same link to your email - Let me know if this works!
