Client paid using Klarna but I never recieved the booking

Hi! I have someone say they have paid through Klarna. I did not receive the notifcation, it has not been blocked out on my calendly schedule or  received payment. Yet down her end she has received an email down her end from Klarna saying thanks for your purchase with Melissa Ayling (that’s me) and when I process her order her card will be charged. Then on her bank statement it says pending… 

How do I process this order?

In this case, I actually recommend contacting our support team (Either by chat or by emailing support@calendly.com) They’ll be able to take a closer look at whats going on with the payment, and resolve this issue!
