Question

Cluster Scheduling

Following up on this as I’ve seen someone tag on to my now closed post that they would love it:

Is there any progress on this? I know savvycal has something like this but it’s only a “suggestion” for the time, which is still better than clients being able to checkerboard my schedule. Can there be an algorithm that the whole day is available, but if a client schedules an 11am then the only two appointments that are now open are a 10am and 12pm? And then if the 10am also gets booked it opens the 9am?

It makes sure I don’t have two bookings at opposite ends of my day.

Having the ability to cluster bookings would be a huge value add for Calendly and make anyone using it substantially more productive. Thanks for considering.

Hi @Brian04314 - Thanks for reaching out.

While its not a feature at this time, I can get this passed along to our product team as feedback. Hopefully we’ll see more on this in the coming months!

Let me know if you have any questions.

Another request for “Cluster Scheduling” ---  would love a client to be presented initially with time slots that are adjacent to an existing appoint  (ex.  if there is a 10am already on the day chosen, then only offer a 9am or and 11am as the first options.   Page could show -- 9AM  |.   11AM  |   “Other Options”.   If the client choses 9 or 11 the feature has succeeded.  If the client choose Other Options, then they are given all time slots for that day.
