Can Calendly allow me to book appointments for a group of people who need to see one or another of 2 different teams, Team A and Team B? I can have 2 people meeting at the same time, but using the Group appointments function, but then I sometimes have 2 people meeting with the same team. I can’t send different group appointment invitations for Team A and Team B because if Team A’s one of two appointments has been filled, it blocks the second slot for a Team B appointment. Please help!

Just to confirm, are all of these events setup under your account? If so, by default, once a time is booked under the account, it will block all other meetings from booking that same time.
If you’d like to set Calendly up so that it allows two different events to book at the same time, you can use our Overlapping Meetings feature. I wrote up an article on how to use this here:
