Confirmation e-mail language

Hi, there

My account is in Portuguese. Fine. However, the confirmation e-mail sent to my possible client arrives mainly in English, with only the core in Portuguese. Is it possible to change it? The time is confusing for Brazilians (AM PM).

Hi ​@Anand76051 - Thanks for reaching out!

Calendly's booking page calendar adapts based on the invitee’s browser, device, and location settings. It automatically displays the time zone, time format (AM/PM or 24-hour), and start day of the week (Sunday or Monday).

However, with the time format, this is something they would need to adjust on their end by selecting the time zone option on the booking page, then clicking the slider here:
 

 

This will allow them to change it if it hasn’t been picked up by the browser automatically. 

Right now, there isn’t a way to force am/pm or 24hr on the booking page, but its been a request we’ve received before, I’ll pass this along to our product team to review.
